HOW DO I PLACE ORDER?
Upon receiving your enquiry, we will send you Design Survey Form (you may fill up from HERE ). Simply fill it up with necessary info, and make the payment via bank transfer.
We will notify you with a confirmation message once we received the payment.
WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED BEFORE YOU START DRAWING THE 3D?
We need a clear floor plan for your room with dimension (It can be found in your SPA document); and
Photos of 4 sides of your room.
We will also send you a design survey form to understand your design requirements and style preference.
We will clarify with you via whatsapp should we need further info.
DO YOU NEED TO VISIT SITE BEFORE DESIGN?
Not necessary. We will base on floor plan with dimension and site photos to work on the design. We will clarify with you via whatsapp should we need further info.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THE FURNITURE I PURCHASE CAN FIT THE SPACE?
We provide space planning service (furniture layout plan) with clear indication of measurement on all areas, at reasonable rate (kindly refer to our price list). You may use it make the purchase.
HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT DESIGN STYLE I LIKE FOR MY HOUSE?
We will send you a Design Survey Form (you may fill up form HERE ) to understand detail design requirements and your preference of design style.
There are many design templates for you to choose from. The images are selected from the design works we have done before.
If you have other preferred style, you may send the images to us as well.
WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE THE DRAWINGS YOU DRAW FOR ME?
Don’t worry. Feel free to let us know your comments. We provide 2 design revisions without additional charges. (i.e. maximum issue 3 versions of the drawings)
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DO NOT LIKE THE DESIGN?
There will be no refund to the 50% of the deposit collected.
DO I HAVE TO MAKE FULL PAYMENT BEFORE YOU START DESIGNING?
No, we only collect 50% deposit from you before we start to design.
After we complete the design and get the approval from you, we will collect full payment.
We provide 2 revisions to suit your design preference.
HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO COMPLETE THE DRAWINGS?
We take 3-5 working days to complete the drawings upon receiving complete information from you.
We will inform you in advance if we need more time.
WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE THE DRAWINGS AFTER THE PAYMENT IS MADE?
We will follow up with you closely after receiving your inquiry. However, if it does happen, kindly PM or email us. We will attend to it immediately.
We have a registered company and an operating office with business address at Johor Bahru. We will be easily contactable during office hour.
HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
Kindly remit your payment to the following bank account, and send us the bank transfer receipt after it is done. We will contact you immediately to arrange for subsequent necessary works.

WILL I GET HARDCOPY PRINT OUT OR DIGITAL FILE?
You will receive a digital file from us via email (full resolution) and via whatsapp (low resolution).
WILL THE 3D DRAWING I RECEIVE BE CLEAR?
We provide high quality 3D rendering which is perfect for viewing on your hand-phone, tablet, and desktop screen. The drawings can be printed up to A4 size paper with decent quality.
However, should you need higher resolution file, kindly contact us. We need to understand your usage and file size requirements.
IF I LIKE THE DESIGN, CAN YOU BUILD IT FOR ME?
Yes. We work with associate business partners on wet works, painting, ceiling, electrical wiring, security system, carpentry works, and even feng shui consultation. Our partners will provide you quotation with direct factory price.
DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE SITE SUPERVISION SERVICE?
Unfortunately, no. However, if you need more detail construction drawings to facilitate the work, we can provide the drawings with reasonable rate.
